First Day Back

Today was my first day back and it was challenging. Little Jimmy did not cry to much. We talked about not crying and listening to his teacher. The major problem was he did not take a nap. That is tomorrows issue. I guess they cannot force him to take a nap. Jess is the other hand was an angel. I mean she Mom Mom and gets all the love in the world. The drop offs were fine. I left the house one minutes after I wanted to, so that was great.

Cried

So Jimmy went to his new school today and it did not go well. As a matter of fact he cried probably almost the entire 2 hours. I'm going to be stressed out on Monday. At dinner tonight Jimmy and I were talking about school and he was saying hallelujah and thank you Jesus and I was telling him to just pray when he gets upset at school. He replied and no crying. I was so proud of him and James and I are just trying to talk to him all week.

Earthquake

I'm watching TV planning on catching a few zzzz's before Jimmy gets up and I feel my house shake. At first I thought it was my dryer going crazy or maybe a truck going by. Then I realized oh no earthquake. I went downstairs and told my mom(she had Jay Jay for the day and brought him over to play with Jimmy- they were sleep). When I went back upstairs I turned on channel 6 nothing but CNN had it on that there was a 5.9 earthquake in Virginia. . This was my 3rd earthquake, but everyone was safe and James didn't feel it in Jersey at his job sight.

Phillies Game

Jess was great at the Phillies game she didn't cry or even want to eat. We stayed through the first half of the 7th inning. The Phillies won the game 9 to 4. Unfortunately Ryan Howard didn't play, but Jimmy still had a great time. He kept saying "hit it" when they were up to bat. I wish we could go to more games, but we had a great time. Jimmy fell asleep on the way home so it was easy putting him to bed. I love my family.

Night two

Jess did it again. I layed her down about 9:45 she moved for a couple of minutes and the she was still. Tonight a layed her down a little awake. I heard her moving around about 4:12 . I went down and fed her. Although I woke up about 1:15 and checked on her and closed her window it was chilly last night. Hopefully, she does this well when I'm back to woke next week

All night

Jess slept in her crib by herself all night last night. I layed her down about 8:30 and had to wake her up to eat about 4:30. What a big girl.

On my own

After a vacation of telling daddy he had to go potty and actually going, I really tried to follow that up a home. Well today I asked him if he had to go and he said "yes", so I put him on the potty. While on the potty he both #2 and #1. At first he didn't want to go, but I said dont't you want to make daddy proud he replied yes. Aterwards he said "mommy I make daddy proud I (and daddy who called.at that moment) told him "yes". What a great moment!

Bottle

Jess took her first bottle today from her Mom Mom. She was great, a whole 2 ounces and she took it like it was nothing and then wanted more. I love it

Hide and Seek

It was so cute today Jimmy wanted to play hide and go seek. He counts to 10 an then says "ready or not here I come" He did ita bunch of times, but always wanted to be the one who found Jess and I. We actually did hide and he seeked us out. it was cute.
