Summer 2014
So far this summer has been full of visits and great fun. Both James and Jessica are doing online math through IXL and James is on a first grade level (beginning) on Lexia. We have been to the Aquarium, both Zoo's, AC and Lancaster. This was the first 4th of July without Daddy (he was in Germany with Nana). This week the kids went to VBS at Germantown Christian Assembly so I was off from 9-1 . Today when I pick them up we are going to Morris Arboretum. We look forward to our own VBS at PBF, but more importantly vacation. This should be a great time had by all. Both James and Jess are doing excellent at riding their bikes. Jess caught on so fast and I have to run to catch her at times. James finished his first session of karate, it was rough at first, but he is much better now. They both took swim lesson in which they excel. We have some fish on our hands!

Check up 2014
Wow these kids are growing nicely. James is over 42 " and weighs 42 lbs. Jessica is around 36 " and weighs 28 lbs. They are growing nicely.
What a year
James ended the school year strong. He had a little issue the last 3 weeks, but turned it around and for that I am a proud parent. James did some amazing art work all of which I don't know what to do with. James performed the Mexican Hat Dance at his concert. he was too cute! At his May concert his teacher said he was the smartest kid she has seen. And guess what? He can read. One Sunday May 25th he read a book to my mom and it was a book that we never read before. My goal was for him to read by kindergarten and guess what he can. I am getting him more books that he can read on his own. James was a leader in his classroom but he still needs to improve his ability to communicate his feelings and how to interact with his peers when he needs his own space. James is almost on a kindergarten level in Lexia and the same in Math XL James and Jessica will both be attending AFS next year! I cannot wait!
Birthdays 2014
James and Jessica had wonderful birthday's. They both had their own parties. James had his at little gym in Springhouse and Jessica at Chuck e cheese. For James' party he had most of his friends from AFS and some of their siblings. Jessica invited some of her friends from Creative Care and they had a ball. I felt like it was Christmas in May due to all the gifts. For their actual birthdays James went to Dave and Buster and we played tons of games and tried to win a stuffed animal (The man ended up giving it to us) and for Jessica's birthday we went to Friendlys after her swim class.

This winter has been full of snow. As of today we missed 7 days of school. The time was great staying home with James and Jess. Occasionally big James was home with us. Fun times as a family.

Winter concert
James had a concert at his school and did wonder. Mom and I were there to witness toss awesome child. They sung a song in Spanish and then did movement to another song. He was nervous all week, but pulled it off. On my way there his teacher text me that three did not have his clothes, so I had to drive 80 mph home got his clothes and made it to his school dropped them off and sat down to watch the concert. It was a great day yesterday.
