Congested

I think Jimmy is a little congested. He sneezed yesterday and something white came out of his nose. So, today at 1:45 we go to the doctors. This will be his first trip there for a sick visit. I cannot image he is too bad off though because he does not have a temperature and his disposition is pretty good! I love him so

Rolling Over Rolling Over

I decide to go to the gym and I miss an important moment. Jimmy rolled over twice, yes twice and I missed it. James saw him roll over when he was playing on his playmat. I later had a chance to see it when he was in him crib at night and next thing i look up to check on him and he is on his back. It's amazing how fast he is growing up and doing things. Every day is an adventure.

Asleep

Jimmy is doing pretty well with sleeping in his own room. He eats about 10:30 and 4:30. He wakes up in between to find his pacifier and of course cannot so I have to give it to him. How blessed we are to have a sin like him

Rolling/Laughing

So, mom comes over and Jimmy shows her how he laughs. I got into his face and he let his sweet laugh out! Since we did not eat dinner yet, we all decided to go out to eat to spend some quality time together. When we came back I showed mom how Jimmy enjoys playing on his play mat. We in turn showed mom how he enjoys rolling on his side. My how fast he is growing up!

Late night/Early morning

Every day is an adventure with Jimmy. Last night was not a good night for him, I do not know what was wrong so at 5 am, I told James you have to get him, I need some sleep. Subsequently, James slept until around noon and we had a very late start on our day. I shouldn't complain because it was nice just bummin' around the house as a family, taking afternoon naps together how nice!

Hair

You never realize how hard it is to get things done with a child until you have one. James and I both need to get our hair done and today it will happen! I'm so glad that my mom said she would babysit otherwise I would be sitting at the hairdresser at midnight so James could watch the baby!

Vacation

We had a blast at Ocean City, Maryland. Jimmy loved the boardwalk and all the lights. We spent the days on the windy beach (by Thursday we had enough of the wind), and the nights on the boardwalk. James and I were blessed that my mom was able to babysit while we played 27 rounds of miniture golf. I shall not tell a lie, James beat me although I was winning at one point. We had these annoying kids behind us, so I should blame it on them rushing me :-) Jimmy was excellent except of course in the car which we hates. On the way back we stopped in Deleware, ate at Cracker Barrel and did a little shopping. So much shopping that everyone slept except for the driver ME! James drove on the way up, so it was my turn on the way back. Only fair! It was really nice though to have some family time together.

Our family vacation

Today we traveled to Ocean City Maryland. Jimmy was pretty good, he only cried for about a 1/2 an hour. I was able to pump milk so my mom could give it to him, at first he did not want it. After I calmed him down he took about 1/2 the bottle and the rest we gave him once we arrived. When Jimmy arrived at the place he was so excited; but within 1 hour I guess he wore himself out and was back to sleep.

4th of July take two

At midnight last night James and I received a text from Aunt Dee inviting us over for a barbeque. So, today we had our second picnic. Whew I ate too much again because just like yesterday the food was delicious. Aunt Dee had to come find James and I to give Jimmy back because he was making noises. It was a nice time!

4th of July

Jimmy barely noticed that it was the 4th of July, all he knew was various people were holding him. He enjoyed the food (of course he did not eat any, I meant through my milk). It was very nice to spend the day with family just socializing.

It's official

Today was like any other day with Jimmy, we ate slept, exercised together and played. The only difference is that Jimmy is officially 2 months today. After his morning bath, hw took a nice nap. Oh how he loves his naps. In the afternoon we traveled to mom's houses to spend some time with her. It was a nice and quiet day.
