He was nervous all week, but pulled it off. On my way there his teacher text me that three did not have his clothes, so I had to drive 80 mph home got his clothes and made it to his school dropped them off and sat down to watch the concert. It was a great day yesterday.

Thanksgiving
This morning we decided to get up and go to the parade. It was so cold it was about 20 degrees. We bundled the kids up and headed outside. We were the four about an hour, but no balloon floats because of the wind. On the way hime on the train these people blew up balloons and we had a keep the balloon off the ground party. So much fun. Then off to dinner later at Aunt Jos

Fun reading to James' class
Today I was off for election day, so how did I spend my day? First I had the pleasure of being with Jessica all day. Our day began with signing James in at school, then we came home for a little play. After an hour or so we headed back to his school to read a story to his class. We read Pete the Cat and his magic sunglasses.

Harvest Fest
Today was the Harvest Festival at James' school. I took Jessica and helped set up. It was a great time. I really enjoyed being able to participate with his daily sign in and procedures. It was great to see the time he had and Jess as well. I am so thrilled that he is able to experience the school and all it has to offer him. I had so many ideas gathered from his festival that I tried to implement some of them at PBFs Harvest Fest that evening. What a grand day!

What a great shot of the two of them learning together. I love it and I love them to the heavens and beyond!!!

Pee Pee
Last night James stayed in underwear all night long. I was so happy. He did pee a little, but he managed it and I couldn't be prouder. On the other hand, Jessica is going pee in the potty. She also went poop in the potty at school. She is growing up so nicely. I love these kids.

Emergency at School
At the end of my school day, I decided to check my work email and I saw that his school let out early due to a kid having Mersa. So I freaked out and called his father to see if he had James. He told me relax the teacher called him and mom got him. I thank God for mom and her availability. Now my battle is to try to figure out who because he has a party on Saturday and I don't want that kid there. James has been invited to 3 school parties all ready and it's only October. I'm thankful people like him!!!

Busy Saturday
James had to work again today, so it was the kids and I all day. The day began with blueberry pancakes and turkey bacon, then off to soccer for James. He did great he scored a couple of goals and I was so proud. When he played indoor soccer during the summer he struggled a little, but now he seems to have caught on and is doing well. After soccer we went to the library got some books and headed home quick shower then off to mom mom's. We picked up mom mom then went to the "big z-o-o" as James would call it. We went to the Philadelphia Zoo. We had a good time there for a couple of hours. James slept once we dropped mom off. The evening ended with TV dinners and Uno with Daddy before bath and bedtime. Kids in bed by 7:30 great but busy day!

School 2013
Another school year is underway. James is attending Abington Friends School. It is quite expensive, but he is doing great. This was his first full week there and James and I already see a difference in him. I am in awe of how much my son is growing up. Next year this time he will be in kindergarten and officially his school career will begin. He told us after just a day at AFS I love my school. I was like great. He goes on walkabouts and explores everywhere. He picked pea pods one day and is just excited about learning.
Jessica is attending creative care again. She is talking more and is maturing in her own rights. It is great to have such wonderful intelligent children.
Now if James would just go to bed at night the way his sister does without any complaints.

DIsney
Our big vacation of 2013 was to Disney World. It was our family, mom, and the Murray's. We took an 15 passenger van down there with James, James and I driving (I didn't drive on the way back). It was long, so on the way down we stayed in South Carolina. The kids had a blast in Disney to the point of us wanting to stay longer. It was a great time though. We did all 4 parks and both water parks. We had some late starts and some rain, but we were up late. One night we were out so late that the kids both fell a sleep before we left the parks. James and Jess were both firework expertise's. I would do Disney every year, but it is expensive but so worth it to see there faces as the see all the rides and characters. I cannot wait to take them back. The last thing we got to see was Downtown Disney again and went to the Lego store. It was so cool to see the legos. Of course the minute we got home I did the album. Great memories

Franklin Institute
Last night we took the kids to the Franklin Institute. I was trying to surprise Jimmy, but he insisted on knowing where we were going. I told him it's hard for you to understand because you have no connections to it. Anyways they had a great time. We stayed until close, my credit card got stuck in the parking meter and the cop had to help us, but it was fun. We saw the electricity exhibit and went through the heart (it was really small), but had a blast. Jessica enjoyed herself too. They received lollipop and tore them up. We also watched a 3d penguin. What a great time and it was all free! Afterwards James ran into a friend from high school and they caught up a little then we went to Pat's cheesesteaks. What a night! While we were at Pat's the ice cream truck came to top it all off! The kids were so wired from Pepsi they did not fall asleep on the way home! Fun times with the Coursey's!

Birthday's 2013
They had a blast for their birthday party (May 4th). They had a swim party at the Greater Plymouth Community Center and then went to my mom's for pizza and games. James had friends from his school (3) and our neighbor (G). It was a good time had by all. Our family then came over and we had food and fellowship.
For their individual birthdays. James we went to Friendly's with mom and for Jessica's we had a bar-b-que with James, Marilyn and the kids and Shawn (he came back from Fl. )

Jessica 2 year
Jessica is growing nicely. She is talking more and a little miss bossy! I love it. I think she will receive more discipli than James ever will. Jessica is in the 14.13% (23lb 13oz)17.83% (2 feet 8.5 in) 22.13% (18.27)head circumference. She had one shot and cried a little. When James got his shot he did cry for the first one, but the second he cried. I love them both so much.
James 4 year
James went to his 4 year appointment this week. He is 65.26% (37Lb 14.7oz)for weight, 28.2% 3ft 3.5") based on height, and 87.8% 17.0) for BMI ( he is considered overweight). Oh my overweight for a 4 year old still wearing 3T. He had surgery May 20th for chalasium in both his eyes. The surgery went well and James is doing fine. I took a couple of hours for his eyes to open which was very scary for myself and him, but completely normal. James is a great kid. I cannot wait for him to take his baseball pictures on Saturday

T-Ball
Today was the second practice for Jimmy's t-ball. He is playing at the YMCA, so therefore it is only one hour and that is enough for him and us. The only problem is and it is not really a problem is that Jessica is just as much a part of the team. It's cute. I think Jimmy enjoys it and today they warmed up (stretched, then ran) and then played in a game. He batted twice and in the outfield he played Short stop and 3rd base. He was one the the only kids in the beginning to go after the ball. It was a fun time.

Word wall
James is learning so much so fast. I cannot wait to see how he does at Abington Friends. He can read the words mom, dad, I, the, red, stop, open, as, ask, yellow and some others. He has a word wall in his room. I laugh because it is working. I love it. He enjoys doing his bedtime math as well.
T ball and the glove
On Saturday (4/20/13) Jimmy started t-ball. It was funny when he got there and all he wanted to do it play in the playground. By the end of the hour he was having fun. So last night we were watching videos of playing baseball and we started to practice. He got his glove and then Jessica got her glove (except it was the one you wear outside). Jams and I started laughing so hard, because it was so cute.

Easter
We ate Easter dinner at my mom's house and the grandchildren had a great time. Earlier in the week we dyed eggs together and it was fun. The kids sung Halleluyah Chorus at church on Sunday and did an excellent job. It was a great day of family, fun, and fellowship.

Progressing
James and Jess are progressing so nicely. Jessica is beginning to talk a lot more. When we play games on our play station she goes and gets the remotes and puts them back when she is finished. Jessica is also talking and eating in a booster seat. Nice, but messy. When she eats she stands up which is worrysome because she can fall down.
James has now advanced to the PreSchool 2 class. He is doing great. I cannot wait for him to go to Abington Friends next year. In swimming he is doing well. He is able to swim with assisstance the length of the pool. They are wonderful and great children

2012 In Review
It has been a while since I wrote on here. In the last year a lot has occured in our family. We have had several deaths including my brother (James (Sam) Murray---Oct 2012). BUT dispite it all God is still good. My cousin Val got married in July 2012 and we pray for their marriage. We ended up bringing the kids to the wedding due to lack of babysitting service. My husband ended up taking our two children and their child so it all worked out. James and Jess had a wonderful birthday party (May 2012). We had their party at the Elmwood Park Zoo. We had just a few people there, but they had a blast. We then went to mom's for the remainder of the family and had more celebration. On James' actural birthday we went to Appleebee's and he was so shocked when they came out singing he didn't know what to do! It was great. Jessica's first birthday was great. She ate her cake and enjoyed it. Soon after her birthday she started to get ear infections. She ended up having to get tubes (Nov 2012). She did great with the surgery. When we went back for her followup (Jan 2013) she had regained her hearing and is doing very well. For our family vacation 2012 we went to Williamsburg,VA. We went to Busch Gardens and a Water Park. The kids had a blast. Our entire family went so that was nice. A couple of weeks later we went to cousin Ruth's house for the family reunion. The kids had the best time. We ended up taking Jay Jay OCM to go the beach with us. It was a great time with family. Jimmy didn't really enjoy the beach because Jessica got sand in his eyes. Jessica's transition to day care went smoothly (sep. 2012) and James continues to thrive. The Holidays 2012 were great. Thanksgiving was at the Mercer's and we and had fun. Christmas was at mom's we went the night before and stayed the night of Christmas. It was fun with all the grandkids minus Izzy. Jimmy had a great Christmas. As he opened his gifts he said "This is exactly what I wanted." James' mom came to visit in August and said she had two great days with James. Shawn moved to Flordia in Oct 2012. 2013 will be a great year. Thank you God for getting up through 2012!
