Tooth/Milk

So, I look at James mouth last night and I see a tooth, but it is on the upper part of his mouth. I though the next teeth he would have would be his front two. I guess not.

I am trying to get James to gain more weight by giving him whole milk. Last night I was giving him some milk and had him drink out of a cup. He ended up with a milk mustache!
